In Early Recovery, you've stopped using your drug of choice, and are looking over the tools available to you and just how to use them. Here you can use The Empowerment Coach to encourage you as you move along your chosen path. Relapse rates in early recovery are high, and one of the most powerful decisions a newly recovering person can make is to have an accountability partner to help them stay the course. After all, there's nothing like a partner to help keep you on the path, and The Empowerment Coach has plenty of experience and expertise in doing just that!

In Mid-Recovery, your use of the tools is established. You have your friends, your meetings, your community. Now is the time to look at the broader issue of your life purpose. Why are you here?
