Individual Teen Coaching During her many years as a teacher, student advisor, classroom coach, student advocate, and principal, Coach Bev has worked with individual teens to see themselves as active players in their own lives and has given them the tools they need to play the game well. Her view is that every teen has a spark within them that will naturally grow into a flame of strong, steady, effective adulthood. She sees herself as someone there to fan the flame of maturity and growth in her clients, cheering them on as grow in their own ability to handle life's ups and downs, including their own happiness, their successes and their challenges. Over the years, as a writing teacher, journalism advisor, student advocate, empowerment coach, and now as a LEAP facilitator, she has found success in working with young people by providing them with the tools they need to grow to their full potential. Her company, The Empowerment Coach, is dedicated to helping teens see the leader in themselves, through individual and group coaching opportunities (click here to learn more about the LEAP Program) , as well as through workshops, seminars, and retreats.

The Leap Program Lead - Excel - Act - Persevere Everyone is a leader in their own life. The LEAP program helps bring the leader out in young people by helping them reflect on - who they see themselves as now
- who and how they want to be in the future
- how they can begin to take the steps to get there.
Through a series of activities and explorations, LEAP participants have fun, get to know themselves and their peers, and develop a set of goals and action steps to start them on the road to their dreams. The LEAP Program, developed by Coach Randy Nathan, came about as the result of 20 years of working with teens to help them reach their potential. Coach Bev became a facilitator of LEAP to ensure that more teens have the opportunity to participate in this life-changing program. The LEAP Program includes: - nine hours of group sessions
- 2 free private coaching sessions
- email and phone check-ins
- an opportunity to grow as a leader in one's own life!
